Shipping Policy
When you add an item to cart, shipping costs are automatically calculated on the basis of package weight and mode of shipping.
Orders received before noon IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day. Please note that our delivery service provider, DTDC/BLUEDART does not deliver Leaf Era orders on Saturday or Sundays.
Return & Exchange Policy
To cancel your order, send us an email to care.leafera@gmail.com with your order details and we'll cancel it promptly.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our Factory delivery department.
